We purchased this product around 7 months ago. We had it installed by a professional on the car we let our teenage son drive. I can't say enough about the peace of mind it gives us to know where our son is and to always be able to verify he is where he says he is going. We receive email alerts in a fairly timely manner when he enters or leaves our designated zones. This product has worked exactly how it says it will. The zones and email alerts are easy to set up. The product is well worth the money. To date we have not had any problems with the product working.
