The American Research company Strategy Analystics published the latest research report that apple has surpassed Nokia and become the world largest mobile phone manufacturer as to the revenue computing in the first quarter.
The senior analyst Alex Spektor of Strategy Analytics stated in the report, “We estimated that the wholesale income of the American iPhone department has reached 11.9 billion in the first quarter. It surpasses the Nokia and becomes the world largest mobile phone manufacturer for the first time. The wholesale mobile income of Nokia is 9.4 billion. With the increasing of the sales and helping of the high wholesale price, apple occupies the leading position of income on the mobile phone market within four years.”
The Strategy Analytics Neil Mawston pointed, “As to the income, apple has become the largest mobile phone, smartphone and tablet manufacturer. The apple ecological system composed of its hardware, software and service is confirmed to be popular. At the same time, it has the ability to make profits. However, the competitors are also catching up, especially the android mobile phone manufacturer. We estimate that the quantity of the android mobile phone around the world will surpass that of apple by the end of 2011. In addition, Nokia is making the great investment with Microsoft. Apple will become the next goal of the two companies in the next year.”
