On August 13, Google had a “Cool New Mobile Feature” new product launch in Mountain View. On the press conference, the Google mobile product manager Hugo Barra presented two kinds of Android applications. They are Google Voice Action and Chrome To Phone. Yet it’s a pity that the Voice Action function can only be realized based on Android 2.2.

You can enjoy many novel functions with the Google Voice Action llike sending message, making a call, turning on the navigation and playing the music. For example, you only need to say “set the alarm at eight tomorrow morning”, and then the alarm will be set automatically. A series of troublesome operations can be avoided in this way.

In fact, the Chrome To Phone function has been presneted on the Google I/O conference this year. It’s just the enriched 2.0 version for this time. You must install the related application on the Android phone and browser at the same time. After they are all installed, there will appear a mobile phone button on the Chrome browser. You can send the web page, online video and map navigation to the Android phone through the button.
By the way, the Chrome To Phone is open source. Except for the Chrome browser, you can also install it on Firefox or Safari. The two applications not only bring people the mobility and intelligence, but also satify the people’s curiosity.
