This beautiful lights wireless modem will turn your 3G to WiFi. It means that you can put it in your pocket then you get many microwaves. So it is out of sight and your Netbook will not have something dangling. Its 1,500mAh battery can life for 5 hours and if you are in emergency, E583X will act like tethered modem. Unfortunately the currently version only works for single connection of WiFi, but we can hope for the future version lets your four friends enjoy your data plan (share your internet connection).
Showchased by Huawei, this modem appears in CommunicAsia 2009. Other than the regular HSDPA modem with flash drive like shape that plugged into USB port, this modem does it other way. Huawei?s E583X wireless modem can send out the WiFi signal. You can plug in the modem on your notebook (like the common HSDPA modem) if you like.
Like mentioned before, this modem has beautiful lights, it will blink randomly gives you an eye catching view. But with the turned on WiFi, you notebook may consume bigger battery power. The Europe customers will be able to enjoy this modem in next month. The wireless modem will be available under mobile operators.
